This DOE paper was presented at the 15th Annual Joint ISA POWID/EPRI Controls and Instrumentation Conference on 5-10 June 2005. It describes vulnerability assessment methodologies used in ongoing research and assessment activities designed to identify and resolve vulnerabilities with the goal of improving the security of the nation's critical infrastructure.
