This report contains the functional specifications of the WG3 Meter Subgroup that held a conference call on February 25th, when the representatives from the investor owned utilities, system vendors and other interested parties participated to establish the functional requirements that define the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system capabilities to be economically evaluated in the business case.
