This presentation shows that more than 50% of Germany's energy consumption occurred in low voltage grid, such as, private households, public customers, trade and commerce, transport, etc. 40-50% of energy was consumed by shiftable loads, such as, washing machines, dish cleaners, etc. Therefore this document stresses on management of micro-generators and demand side in achieving targeted smart low-voltage grids.
